Alef Med is an aesthetics clinic running a Webflow site in four languages, rebranded from its previous name. The site looked the part, but search engines saw very little of it: no structured data, dead links pointing at the old brand, and pages heavy enough to keep visitors waiting on mobile.

We rebuilt the technical layer underneath the design. JSON-LD structured data for the organisation, the clinic and the treatment pages. Redirects from every old brand URL. Alt text written and translated across all four locales, covering 60 site assets and more than 100 CMS entries.
Then a performance pass: images re-encoded and re-uploaded, hero images preloaded so they appear first, and layout shift fixed at the source rather than patched over.

Average page weight dropped from 33 MB to 5.9 MB and the performance score went from 38 to 51. The CMS image library shrank from 28.6 MB to 6.6 MB with no visible loss in quality.

The clinic now has a site that search engines can read in every language it sells in.
