Bankhoesdiscounter sells sofa covers in three markets: the Netherlands at home, Germany as SofaSchutz and France as Le Coin des Housses. Three storefronts, three languages, one product range. Every improvement had to be built once and shipped three times, without the stores quietly drifting apart from each other.

We took over theme development across all three stores and put a testing process on top of it. Product pages, navigation and cart are built from the theme's own sections, so the stores stay upgradeable and nothing is glued on. Every change ships with a rollback plan: which files were touched, which store settings changed, what to undo if a test loses.
Alongside the build we run a continuous experimentation programme. Offers, product page layout, pricing presentation, each test measured against revenue rather than clicks.

One product page test lifted conversion by 16 percent. The megamenu built for the Dutch store was replicated to Germany and France in days rather than weeks, because the work is structured to travel between markets.

Three stores now run as one system: one way of building, one testing pipeline, three markets.
